Just two miles from downtown Austin, Towns on Cumberland is located in a quaint residential neighborhood right off of South Congress in the coveted 78704 zip code. Construction began in 2012. With just 13 town-home style condos and limited space, the developer had their work cut out for them.

The space on Towns on Cumberland was limited. With little to no room for amenities, what things could be added to promote this community? 

 

O U R  A P P R O A C H :

The approach for Towns on Cumberland was to maximize energy efficiency by including 100% LED Lighting throughout, tankless gas water heaters, thermally broken, Low-E, dual-pane window system, blown-in place insulation, Energy Star rated air conditioning & heating systems. In addition, be considerate of the interior finishes with 9ft ceilings, high-end finishes,  resource recycled products, and deliver a building that is a quiet place to retreat when you are home.
