A longtime veteran of Austin real estate, Rance began his real estate career in 1986. After graduating from Principia College, he worked with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. in booming Ontario, California. For 8 years, Rance engaged in commercial real estate transactions, specializing in industrial and commercial brokerage services for property owners, developers, financial institutions, and Fortune 500 companies. Rance owns several entities and created ARCA Specialties in 2015 as his other businesses grew. Some past notable developments include:

• Casita Hermosa Condominiums, Florence, Arizona. A 79 unit condominium development. Activities included construction management, marketing, and sales.

• Bel Air Lofts, Austin, Texas. An 83 unit urban condominium development. Activities included financing, operations, marketing, and sales.

• Pease Place, Austin, Texas. A 25 unit condominium development with built-in solar.
